This model is best for organizations that have talent management needs, though not enough to justify full-time support or organizations that have a specific need, whether it be establishing a formal performance management process, developing a training and career development program, or any aspect of talent management.

 

Monthly Flat Fee

For an agreed upon monthly fee, HREX is available to meet your talent management needs when you need us. There are no additional fees. This model is best for organizations that have consistent talent management needs but don’t have a need or it’s not in the budget for a full-time position.
